Welcome. I am so glad you are here.

I am Martyna - an integrative medicine professional, published author, and the founder of M à La Mode and M Maison. My work sits at the intersection of holistic health, emotional wellbeing, and the quiet art of living well.

For years I have worked in the field of integrative and complementary medicine - supporting people on their journey to emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-understanding. I believe that true wellbeing is not a destination but a practice - one that weaves together the mind, the body, and the soul.

My Story

Born with a deep curiosity for the human experience and a lifelong love for French culture and editorial beauty, I created M à La Mode as a curated space where wellness, words, and intentional living could come together. What began as a boutique store grew into something far greater - a whole world.

I am a published author - my self-help book is available on Amazon - and I have also written a journaling guide and a heart-opening journal, both born from my own healing journey and my work with others. Writing, for me, is medicine.

I am based in beautiful Cheltenham, in the heart of the Cotswolds - a place that inspires everything I create.
